Delivery FAQ's

When will my juices be delivered?

  • We presently deliver Tuesday and Friday between the hours of 10am-6pm.  Every accommodation is made to deliver during specifically requested hours though there is no guarantee.

How far in advance must I place my order?

  • Delivery orders must be placed online before 8am the day prior to delivery.  (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s and other holiday blackout dates may apply) 

Would you deliver a gift of raw juice to a friend?

  • Raw juices are a great gift.  When ordering juice as gifts please provide all contact information for recipient including email and cellular phone contact information.  Not sure what to choose?  We also mail beautifully packaged gift cards with your personalized greeting..

Are there order minimums for delivery?

  • Yes.  There is a $35 minimum raw juice order for delivery

What are your delivery fees?

  • $3 - Within a 3 mile radius
  • $7 – Within a 10 mile radius

How do you determine how far the delivery point is from your location?

  • You will be given the option to choose the delivery category at checkout.  Google maps is used to determine the distance from 5000 Old Spartanburg Road, Taylors.  Please verify your category before ordering.  Selecting an incorrect category can result in an unprocessed order.  It is your responsibility to verify.

What should I do on delivery day?

  • Make certain someone will be there during delivery hours to receive juice.  This is a front door or office delivery service. 
  • Provide specific instructions for delivery when ordering if other than a front door drop off. 
  • When you receive your juice place them on the top shelf of your refrigerator immediately to maintain freshness and to preserve the integrity of the juice.  You are responsible for the spoilage of your product once dropped off
  • If you would like to keep your juice on ice simply leave a cooler large enough to hold your order filled with ample ice or ice packs by the front door.  Alternately, you may purchase a high quality cooler bag upon check out (Don’t overlook this step if you do not have immediate access to refrigeration);   Otherwise, you agree to retrieve your ice immediately when text is sent to the telephone associated with the order.
  • There will be a door knock and one text message sent to the telephone number provided at the time of order when the product is dropped off.
  • This is a value added service.  By selecting delivery you understand that Good To Go is not responsible for maintaining the temperature of your juice after the product has been delivered. Items should be kept at refrigerated at a temperature of 42F or below.

I have allergies.  Can I still purchase juice?

  • Definitely.  We just need to speak with you beforehand.  Please call us at 864-244-2733 to order your juices.  Your health is our top priority.

Can I create my own juice combinations?

  • We love making custom juices by the gallon.  Please call us at 864-244-2733 to get pricing and order your juices.
